Thinking Work When to call Let’s talk

Big agency brains. No agenda.

We’re senior people who’ve had our fill of fame. Now we’re happiest being Unvisible. Helping complex brands like Google, Arrow ECS and Pyth to keep growing.

We give you the brand strategy and platform you would expect from a big agency. Direct access to the people doing the thinking, without the politics, performance or pressure to create the next project.

We listen to the people who know the business, take their opinions seriously and challenge the thinking without belittling the people behind it. Our only agenda is helping the business reach a better brand decision.

“No agency has ever understood our business. You do.”

Diane Mitchell, Director, Global ECS Marketing

Our sweet spot is complex global businesses who already have agencies and internal teams.

Google Case Study
Google Ads
Aligning the SMB team around a lead value proposition.

We absorbed the complexity, identified the decisions and presented alternative future narratives. Each was developed to the right level of clarity and implementation, making it easy to discard, select or adapt.

Consensus reached. The agreed direction became the brief for the agency.

“Unvisible brought different strategic possibilities to life. That helped solidify what was and wasn’t right, to agree on a direction we could all get behind.”

Arrow ECS Case Study
Arrow ECS
From performance to empowerment.

There is nothing simple about Arrow ECS, part of a Fortune 200 technology business: the products, supply, packaging and distribution; the company structure; and the global marketplace. In our first engagement, we refined the value proposition. In our second, we were briefed to develop a campaign that would offset a competitor's new news. We saw that brief as a symptom and developed a brand position that moved Arrow from performance to empowerment, giving it a platform to show channel partners the many ways it could help supercharge their businesses. In our third engagement, we extended the idea across the business, downstream to end users and upstream to suppliers.

Three engagements. One brand position, with a playbook for internal teams and agencies to take it forward.

Pyth Network Case Study
Pyth Network
One proposition. From banks to degens.

Pyth needed a position that could stretch across the financial market, across Web2 and Web3. We sank into the complexity of its audiences and business model: pricing data sourced from institutions; incentives paid in cash and tokens; data fed into Web3, black-boxed and weighted into prices updated every 400 milliseconds and used across $3 trillion in cumulative transaction volume; then sold back into Web2 in the formats and refresh rates different institutions need.

We developed a single proposition that could flex for different audiences, using the semiotics of Web3 while carrying the solidity Web2 demands.

Internal teams and the agency aligned around one position they could both develop.

The highest level of brand thinking, delivered at the size the decision needs.

Times we’re most useful.

01You need the brand looked at without disrupting everything already in motion.

02The decision reaches beyond marketing and needs voices from across the business.

03You have several agencies, several answers and no independent point of view.

04You need to understand the problem before writing the brief or calling a pitch.

05You want credible alternative futures, not one recommendation dressed as a process.

06You need permission to discover that the right answer may be no change.

Let’s talk.
